Zhejiang Lilei Silk and Embroidery Cultural Development Co.,LTD.is the first enterprise engaging in developing the embroidery culture of the southern China in Zhejiang province. The company, once named as Hangzhou Jianqiao Embroidered Shoes Factory(namely the owner of the intangible cultural heritage of Jianqiao embroidered shoes) , was established in the Hangzhou City, which takes the lead in cultural innovation,Chinese silk,and internet entrepreneurship.Our group boasts four mainstays:cultural creativity,cultural finance,cultural science and technology,and cultural internet. We are committed to building an industrial chain platform for the entire Chinese silk sector.The company also includes some interconnected affiliates,such as Hangzhou Yihui Cultural Creativity Co., LTd and Hangzhou Yihui Embroidery Art Gallery. Over the past 20 years' development, upgrading and transformation,our enterprise has taken the lead in cultural industry in Hangzhou City. 2001年,在杭州一位56岁的退休老教师,一位传承祖辈基业的开创者,一位怀揣传统手工刺绣鞋情节的半百老人,开启了中华手工刺绣文化传承的品牌之梦,就是这样一位慈祥和蔼的老奶奶,接过祖辈留下的手工刺绣鞋制作工艺,从最初的几人小作坊,16年风雨兼程,经历了家族的新老换代,也见证了整个中国传统手工技艺行业的兴衰历史。2011年,奶奶的梦想接力棒交到了她的第三代手中,寓意着这份传承重任落到了中国的年轻第三代的肩膀上。这是中华手工技艺文化与品牌梦想的一次传承,更是民族文化与现代社会如何创新碰撞的一次重大考验。

In 2001, a 56-year old retired old teacher in Hangzhou started the inheriting dream of the brand of Chinese embroidery culture, who is the founder of inheritance ancestral Foundation and a fifty elderly with the feeling of traditional hand embroidered shoes in heart. It was this kind grandma who took over the ancestors left hand embroidered shoes manufacturing process from initial small workshop with serval people. Through 16 years developing, she experienced the new and old family replacement and witness the rise and fall history of whole China traditional handicraft industry. In 2011, She passed her dream to her third generation, which showed the serious task of inheritance China traditional culture was on the shoulders of China young third generation. It is not only a inheritance of Chinese handicraft culture and brand dream, but also a big trial about how to innovate the collision between the national culture and modern society.

从2001年企业成立之初至今,面对中国传统手工刺绣技艺产业链旧有管理模式以及落后的产品,企业第三代管理人引入了全新的管理模式,着手以“非物质文化产业化”为企业发展战略重心,打造中国刺绣全产业链系统平台。企业与海内外各大院校进行提升刺绣产品的研发设计合作,策划全新中国刺绣艺术文化以及产业化产品的转型升级工作,同时进入品牌化运作。

Since found in 2001, facing with the old management mode and the backward products of Chinese traditional handicraft industry chain, the third generation of enterprise managers have introduced a new management model and build Chinese embroidery industry chain system platform by taking the intangible cultural industrialization as the core of enterprise development strategy.
